Refunds & Returns Policy

At WYG Hawai‘i LLC, every piece is created as original artwork. While some works may have functional qualities, they are first and foremost art — to be valued, preserved, and appreciated as such.

Because of this, all sales are final. No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstance. However, we do honor the full value of your purchase as store credit, which may be exchanged toward another available work.

To qualify for store credit or exchange:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of the package delivery to request return authorization.
• The piece must be returned within 14 days, in its original, very strong condition, accompanied by its Certificate of Authenticity and all original documentation.
• Artwork that has been used, altered, or returned without a certificate will not be eligible.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are acquiring original art, not a mass-produced product. We encourage all collectors, galleries, and supporters to embrace each piece as part of the larger vision of WYG Glass — timeless work meant to be cherished.
